Gentle Flow/Mindful Mediation Sunset Yoga Class

This class is a 60 minute gentle vinyasa flow yoga class at sunset in our field. It will be past the goats bedtime so they will not be joining us this time. There will be live music played by Jeff Donegan and a light snack provided! Everyone is welcomed to BYOB to enjoy in the field after class. This is great for a girls night out or just to get out and relax! Classes are $25 a person. We also have our farm store open after class where we sell our goat milk bath and body products as well as other misc. items! 

How to attend:

Purchase your ticket now! We will only be accepting the first 25 people for classes.

Make sure to bring your own mat/towel, water and face mask.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and set up.

Covid-19:

You must wear a mask while at the farm, once you are at your mat you can remove your mask if you wish to.

We will provide hand sanitizer here at the farm as well.

You must set up your mats at least 6 feet apart from one another unless you live in the same household.

Please do not attend if you are showing any signs of Covid-19, have other complications, or live with anyone that has been exposed to Covid-19.
